Shop Supervisor We are currently seeking candidates with strong fabrication leadership experience for a Working Supervisor position with a local custom manufacturer of power distribution equipment in Macedonia. In this position, you will lead a small team of skilled craftsmen in a hands-on manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Hours:

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Up to 60 hours per week Monday through Saturday (possible)

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on supervision, leadership and development on the shop floor Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication work Remain hands-on in fabrication, welding and assembly Operate equipment such as shears, drill presses, cut-off saws, and various hand tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures Oversee training, discipline, and evaluation of shop employees Build and support a positive, motivated team environment Support owner's vision for shop growth and development

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of fabrication and supervisory experience High school diploma or GED (technical training or degree preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Knowledge and ability to run and operate supporting equipment such as Shears, Drill Presses, Cut Off Saws, and Various hand tools Proficient in reading/interpreting blueprints and performing shop math MiG welding experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and open to instruction Willingness to learn and grow within the company Must be able to work a 50-60 hour work week, possible Saturdays required
