Overview We are a family owned Discount Salvage outlet. We have food and non food items. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and drive excellence. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in overseeing daily operations, optimize activities, and enhance overall efficiency. As an integral part of our leadership, you will coordinate various aspects of inventory management, manage a small team, and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless store functionality. Responsibilities Assist in managing end-to-end supply activities and category management to ensure cost-effective inventory control. Oversee stocking operations such as receiving, unpacking, pricing, organizing and materials handling to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Implement process improvement strategies using data skills Monitor inventory levels Requirements Proven experience in team management Tuesday -Saturday employment Hands-on experience Must be able to multi task Mildly strenuous exertion, on your feet all day Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing strategies and planning.
