Essential Functions:

Responsible for daily store operations Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel Cash balancing and recording Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising Oversee quality control and inventory Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments

Basic Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to work varied hours which will include evenings weekends
