Full Job Description Role Overview:

Responsible for managing store operations, employee staffing, training, and performance to ensure effective sales and customer service.

Key Duties:

Recruit, select, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Lead daily store opening and closing; monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and expenses. Maintain merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and security protocols. Provide excellent customer service and foster a safe, organized shopping environment. Adhere to company policies, complete documentation, and ensure safety and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail practices. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods. Effective interpersonal skills; bilingual skills may be a plus.
