Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Assistant Manager We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Taco Bell team! This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and helping drive overall store performance. As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly while supporting team development and delivering a great customer experience. What you'll do: Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and overall store performance Lead, coach, and develop team members Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development What we're looking for: Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law) Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coach, train, and develop a team Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
