Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Coffee Manager to lead our Travelin' Tom's team in delivering exceptional coffee experiences on wheels. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our mobile coffee trucks, assist General Manager and manage team members, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain smooth service at events, neighborhoods, schools, and businesses. You will also provide leadership to our single cafe shop in Summit Mall. Your leadership will drive performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and create memorable interactions everywhere our trucks go. Responsibilities Train, lead and supervise baristas and crew members across multiple mobile coffee truck routes and events Manage daily truck operations including setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and equipment care Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times Handle cash and digital transactions using POS systems accurately and responsibly Monitor product inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate ordering to keep trucks fully prepared Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly interactions and efficient service Represent the Travelin' Tom's brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and community spirit Assist with route planning, event coordination, and scheduling staff Support sales initiatives, promotions, and local marketing efforts to grow revenue Qualifications & Skills Experience in Coffee Service ! Retail or hospitality experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately Strong time-management and organizational skills in a mobile, fast-moving environment Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer-service abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to adapt quickly to changing locations, weather, and event demands Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
