Professional Detailer & Shop Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Professional Detailer & Shop Manager to lead our vehicle cleaning and maintenance operations. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle detailing services while managing daily shop activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and custodial tasks will help maintain our reputation for excellence. As a shop manager, you'll motivate your team, oversee workflow, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on vehicle care with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough vehicle detailing including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, buffing, window tinting, and polishing to meet quality standards Execute various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and janitorial duties to maintain a spotless shop environment Manage the daily operations of the shop, including scheduling appointments, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring timely completion of services Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining services offered, and ensuring satisfaction with every vehicle Operate driving duties responsibly when transporting vehicles or equipment around the shop or to customer locations Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored Lead and motivate a team of detailers by providing training on proper techniques for car wash, detailing, buffing, window tinting, and custodial procedures Experience Prior experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing or related automotive cleaning roles is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Experience in janitorial or custodial work demonstrating attention to cleanliness and organization Knowledge of window tinting techniques and safety procedures is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for responsible vehicle operation Previous supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive or service environment is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier vehicle care while leading operations that keep our shop running smoothly!
