Just Me Time Wellness & Tanning in Willowick is looking for an experienced, dependable beauty or wellness professional who wants more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who can become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the salon, provide excellent client service, generate revenue through services and sales, and potentially grow into a leadership or management role. This is a scheduled hourly employee position. Regular evening and weekend availability is mandatory.

ABOUT JUST ME TIME

Just Me Time Wellness & Tanning is an established tanning and wellness salon offering multiple levels of UV and hybrid tanning, airbrush spray tanning, spray tan booth services, LED facial therapy, infrared sauna blanket sessions, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoFacials, Lipolaser, retail skincare products, packages and recurring memberships. We are specifically looking for someone with previous experience in the beauty, tanning, spray tan, salon, spa or wellness industry. Professional airbrush spray tan experience is strongly preferred. The right candidate does not need to already know every service we offer. Additional training may be provided on services and equipment for which the employee is not already qualified.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide knowledgeable, professional and friendly service to Just Me Time clients. Assist clients with tanning, wellness and service selections. Perform professional airbrush spray tans if qualified and authorized. Learn and perform additional services such as CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoFacials and Lipolaser after completing required training and demonstrating competency. Explain and properly set up LED facial therapy and infrared sauna blanket sessions. Educate clients about appropriate tanning products, services, packages and EFT membership options. Build relationships with returning clients and help improve client retention and rebooking. Operate salon equipment and business systems accurately. Maintain client records and service documentation. Assist with front desk operations, phones, appointments, payments and normal salon transactions. Maintain treatment rooms, tanning rooms, equipment and common areas to Just Me Time cleanliness and sanitation standards. Help maintain retail displays, supplies and inventory. Handle normal client questions and escalate situations that require management approval. Take initiative and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in airbrush spray tanning is strongly preferred. Previous tanning salon, beauty, spa, esthetics, wellness, retail sales or customer-service experience is highly valued and preferred. Strong communication and client-service skills. Comfort discussing products, memberships and services with clients. Ability to sell without using high-pressure tactics. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned duties. Dependability, punctuality and professional judgment. Willingness to learn additional services and salon operations. Basic computer and POS experience. Ability to maintain accurate client records and follow established procedures.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay of approximately $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience, qualifications and demonstrated ability. Employees may also earn additional compensation through performance incentives, including: $10 for each qualifying new EFT membership personally sold. 5% commission on eligible tanning retail products personally sold. 15% personal-service commission on eligible airbrush spray tans, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoFacials and Lipolaser services personally performed. Additional compensation opportunities may become available as responsibilities, service production and leadership responsibilities increase. Regular tanning package and non-EFT tanning membership sales are not commission eligible under the standard salon compensation structure.

As the right employee takes on greater responsibility, additional management compensation and performance incentives may become available. Our long-term goal is to develop a capable professional who can take increasing responsibility for the salon's operations while continuing to grow personally and financially within the business.

SCHEDULE

Evening availability is mandatory. Weekend availability is mandatory. The exact weekly schedule may vary based on salon needs, client demand and the employee's availability.
