An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

3778 SR 380 Wilmington, OH 45177 Full-Time Assistant Manager - Up to $19.01 an hour plus monthly bonuses based on store performance. 40-hour set schedule with 3 days off per week Paid Weekly Overnight Premium +$2.00 per hour between 12am-5am Monthly Customer Service Bonus+ Monthly Store Operations Bonus+ Career Growth Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Health, Vision, Dental Benefit Plans Life Insurance Flex Plan 401k Retirement and Profit Sharing (QT matches employee's contribution at a 50% rate for up to 6% of their annual pay) We are looking for outgoing and friendly leaders to provide top tier customer service while managing their shift of hard-working employees.
