We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Grocery Retail Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our family-owned grocery store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-experience first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10+ employees across various departments Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and loss prevention Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional strategies Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing Forecast sales and adjust operations accordingly to meet financial targets Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

Qualifications:

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket settings Proven track record of increasing sales and improving operational efficiency Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office suite
