Experience Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the retail industry sales team management environment is preferred but not needed Demonstrated skills in customer service excellence, and team supervision with a focus on retail sales growth. Prior retail store product knowledge is advantageous for understanding product placement and pricing strategies. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle shift management duties efficiently.
