$18 / hr•$22 / hr paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Rate:

Continuous base pay of $15.45 / hour, PLUS percentage of Store Sales, PLUS personal commissions!

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success. ​ Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. ​ Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously. ​ Train, coach, and develop new sales associates. ​ Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards. ​ Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes. ​ Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings. ​

Who You Are:

​ Experienced in commission-based sales and team building. ​ A skilled communicator and expert listener. ​ Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills. ​ Passionate about interior design and customer service. ​ Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
