Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and balancing registers Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees when needed Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve store profitability Implement pricing strategies, and promotional activities in collaboration with management Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and store procedures Assist in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles within a retail environment Strong leadership skills with demonstrated supervising experience and team management capabilities Excellent communication skills Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform retail math calculations efficiently Organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, pricing, and bookkeeping tasks Experience with recruiting, training & development, scheduling shifts, and employee orientation Familiarity with payroll systems, and administrative responsibilities Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting If you are passionate about retail management and eager to lead a motivated team towards success, we encourage you to apply today.
