Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring that every customer experiences the inviting atmosphere that defines Just Cozy. You will be responsible for delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service while upholding our Spirited Service standards. In addition to managing daily sales and operational functions, you will work alongside your team to maintain a neat, clean, and well-presented store environment. During your first week, you will also be required to assist with hands-on store setup—including constructing fixtures, organizing product displays, and merchandising—as well as participate in the seasonal store takedown. This is a seasonal leadership position that requires a high degree of independence. Because our stores are often single-staffed, you must be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment while maintaining total accountability for store operations, inventory, and sales targets. Nice dress shoes, clean tennis shoes, or flats. ( No open-toed shoes, sandals, slides, or slippers ). Men must wear business or business-casual attire (slacks/pants with a button-up or polo/collared shirt). Clean dress or tennis shoes. No logos, graphics, or ripped/baggy clothing.

Requirements:
Energetic, customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset. Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license . Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to lift 50 lbs - 80 lbs using proper tools and assistance as needed. Minimum 1 year of management and sales experience .
