Industrial Store Manager 80361 US-395, Hermiston, OR 97838, USA Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Manager position. The Industrial Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her store. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Plan, implement and document staff meetings and education programs Supervise the testing, evaluating, documentation and maintenance of adequate inventory Evaluate, document and rectify all safety hazards in and around the office and warehouse Work with store personnel to meet all customer requirements Communicate and resolve problems with customers Assist in preparing driver routes, log route changes and driver communication on route sheets as they occur Review profit margin reports, incoming and outgoing statements Control store inventory and expenses Hire, discipline, and terminate staff, as needed Coordinate staffing schedules, track employee attendance, punctuality Lead, train, develop and motivate department's employees Prioritize and delegate job tasks to staff to ensure timely completion Budget and approval of departmental expenditures Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred Prior sales and/or management experience Ability to effectively supervise and manage personnel Strong organizational and problems solving skills Excellent customer service skills Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36" Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position Benefits Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance options Employee Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) with Employer Matching Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Information Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
