Eastern Oregon University is currently seeking applicants for part-time, adjunct MSW Practicum supervisor positions in the Master of Social Work graduate program within the Washington, Oregon, and Idaho areas. The MSW Practicum Supervisor is responsible for instructing, coaching and supervising MSW students during their practical clinical work in their practicum placements in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Supervisors provide written and electronic evaluations of the student?s performance in accordance with the MSW Handbook. In addition, the MSW Practicum Supervisor regularly counsels students, visits them in their clinical experience site, observes and evaluates their performance and provides feedback, confers with the clinical staff and cooperating program, and serves as a liaison between the University and the area MSW placements. The MSW Practicum Supervisor must participate in the Clinical training program during the first year of employment. This recruitment is to establish an applicant pool for future part-time MSW Practicum Supervision. The college hires part-time supervisor on a quarter by quarter basis, dependent on enrollment.
