Job Description

Overview The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all activities are carried out smoothly, safely, and in line with company standards. This role supports internal teams and on-site staff by managing schedules, addressing operational needs, and maintaining clear communication across departments. The Site Manager also provides the management team with regular updates on site activity, staffing, and any issues that may impact performance. Duties Oversee daily site operations and supervise janitorial and facility staff to ensure consistent service quality Manage labor hours to stay within budget and ensure accurate, timely payroll submissions Hire, train, and coach team members; address performance issues and enforce company policies Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards Coordinate and schedule special projects while minimizing disruption to daily operations Maintain inventory and ensure proper use, maintenance, and replacement of equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards Communicate regularly with clients and internal leadership to provide updates and address concerns Skills 3-5 years of experience in janitorial or facility management, including direct staff supervision Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and manage teams of 15+ employees Working knowledge of budgeting and labor hour management Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn additional platforms as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting across all levels Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility Valid driver's license; flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
