Roberson Auto Group is family owned and operated business that has been serving the Salem community for nearly 60 years.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed; Maintain excellent customer service standards; Identify and resolve customer complaints; Ensure all employees are trained according to policies; Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures; Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom; Maintain efficient personnel scheduling; Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner; Hold meetings to conform with company standards; Maintain safe environment and work experience;

Job Requirements:

Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture; Prior Car wash experience; Professional look and demeanor; Excellent communication and customer service skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers; Has at least 2+ years in Car Wash business; Management experience; Mechanically inclined; Basic understanding of computer software; High school diploma or equivalent; Good organization skills; Meets basic management competencies; Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize; Self-motivated and positive attitude. Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs - ability to bend, lift, crouch, stand for extended periods of time as needed; Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions as needed
