Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the coordination of our store / warehouse / shipping & receiving operations along with our manufacturing operations which consist of Truss Manufacturing in Arendtsville and Metal Roofing Fabrication in Biglerville. Duties Assist in daily operations, including customer service, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management Assist when needed to help in our Truss Manufacturing plant, building Trusses, Posts and T&G boards; this can include running the component saw, building the trusses on our laser guided truss table, building posts for the pole building industry and running boards through our T&G machine. Assist when needed to help with our Metal Roofing manufacturing plant, fabricating metal roofing through our roll former, bending trim in our automated 21' folder / bender. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
