The CIO Store Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while providing strong leadership for their location. This role oversees all aspects of retail operations, including marketing and advertising initiatives, customer service resolution, inventory management, and overall store performance. The Store Manager sets clear direction, ensuring the team is aligned with company goals while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Operational oversight Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance Oversee inventory, orders, vendor relationships, and store standards to ensure the location is consistently organized, clean, and operationally efficient Lead, train, and mentor employees while ensuring full compliance with company policies, fostering a motivated, high-performing team Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and coaching of employees to build a high-performing, motivated team Financial management Manage labor budgets and scheduling to optimize efficiency and profitability Drive growth in store, food, and alcohol sales while implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage Maintain control of retail assets and conduct periodic cash audits to ensure accuracy and accountability Implement loss prevention strategies in accordance with company policy to safeguard store resources Customer service Lead the store in delivering exceptional customer service and setting the standard for team performance Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded, creating a positive shopping experience Addressing customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills to effectively lead your team and connect with customers Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing and motivating a retail team Solid math skills for accurate budgeting, cash handling, and financial decision-making Demonstrated retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Flexible and dependable, able to respond to staffing needs and emergencies as required Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
