General Managers are responsible for:

Lead daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including sales and customer service. Hire, train, and develop staff Supervise shift scheduling and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies. Oversee labor costs and inventory management Make great subs! Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in employee orientation, interviewing, and team management. Experience with inventory management, point of sale systems (POS), cash handling, and retail math Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; leadership qualities must include motivation and effective communication skills.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
