Your First Step:

Retail Shift Lead Starting Pay:

$15.00-$16.50/hour, based on experience As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll help lead the bakery storefront during your assigned shifts while providing excellent service to our customers. You'll be responsible for: Opening and closing the bakery and completing required security procedures. Handling cash and operating the POS system accurately. Providing friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. Developing strong knowledge of our products, pricing, packaging, and seasonal offerings. Processing customer purchases and orders. Assigning tasks and providing direction to Retail Associates during your shift. Maintaining well-stocked, clean, and appealing bakery displays. Supporting daily storefront operations and communicating needs to management. Helping ensure company customer service, food safety, and operational standards are followed. How You'll Grow Once you successfully complete the required training and assessments for each role, you'll receive a $0.50/hour pay increase . After you demonstrate proficiency in that role, you'll be eligible for consideration for advancement to the next level.

Our Lead career path includes:

Customer Service Shift Lead-Additional $1.00/hour Build on your Retail Shift Lead experience by developing advanced customer service, product knowledge, order-processing, and Call Center skills. This level expands your ability to assist with more complex customer needs and provides additional opportunities to support our Retail Associates and Retail Shift Leads. Senior Customer Service Shift Lead-Additional $1.00/hour Continue developing into one of our most experienced Leads. This level includes advanced Call Center training, complex customer orders and customer concerns, coordination between storefront and Call Center operations, and mentoring and supporting other Leads. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience Leadership or team-lead experience is a plus!
