About the Opportunity Mr. Bins is an exciting, fast-growing liquidation retail concept known for unbeatable deals and a dynamic shopping experience. We're launching a new pop-up location in Bethlehem as we explore bringing a permanent store to the area, and we're looking for an energetic, Team Lead/ Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on retail and warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, build valuable customer service skills, and be part of something new from the ground up. Responsibilities Train new employees Operate registers and handle transactions accurately Manage employees and accomplish tasks as directed by Store Manager Balance tills and handle opening and closing tasks Clean and sort bins, arranging for customer convenience Perform light custodial duties (cleaning bins, sweeping, mopping) Help with stocking Learn to load/empty trucks and receive shipments of new inventory

Requirements:

Some supervisor/team lead/assistant manager/shift manager experience required. Customer service experience required. Retail cashier experience required. Warehouse experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work Sundays, Thursdays and Fridays
