KenCrest is seeking an Employment Supervisor to lead our Supported Employment program for adults and transition-aged youth while remaining actively involved in direct service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive employment, building community partnerships, and helping people achieve meaningful careers. You'll supervise a team of Job Coaches and Employment Specialists, oversee daily program operations, ensure compliance and quality outcomes, and maintain a small caseload to support participants directly. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches. Maintain a partial caseload and provide direct employment supports, including job coaching, job development, workplace training, and transportation training. Build relationships with employers, schools, community organizations, and funding partners. Promote employment opportunities and advocate for individuals seeking meaningful work. Monitor program performance, documentation, billing, and operational compliance. Analyze program data, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful participant outcomes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, employment services, education, or a related field. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. ACRE Certification or CESP credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire). Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in employment settings.
