We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Pittsburgh restaurant. The Opportunity This role is designed for an experienced restaurant operator who is looking for both a strong management career and a potential path toward long-term ownership. The General Manager will not be required to invest in the restaurant upon joining Nan Xiang. The first year will focus on demonstrating the ability to successfully operate, lead, and grow the Pittsburgh location. Subject to meeting the Company's performance standards and other eligibility requirements, after 12 months the Store Manager may become eligible for the opportunity to purchase an ownership interest in the restaurant based on the location's original investment value, subject to the terms of Nan Xiang's Store Manager Partnership Program, Company approval, and applicable ownership agreements.

Key Responsibilities The Store Manager will have full operating responsibility for the Pittsburgh restaurant and will be expected to manage the location with an owner's mindset.

• Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations and financial performance.
• Drive revenue growth and develop the restaurant's local customer base.
• Achieve established profitability and net margin targets.
• Manage labor scheduling and payroll while maintaining appropriate service levels.
• Control food cost, waste, inventory, and other operating expenses.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) management team.
• Build a pipeline of future supervisors, assistant managers, and General Managers.
• Establish clear accountability among restaurant management and employees.
• Ensure compliance with Nan Xiang SOPs, food safety standards, employment policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Review restaurant financial and operating results and develop corrective action plans when performance falls below target.
• Work closely with Corporate Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
• Execute company promotions, new products, and operational initiatives at the restaurant level.
• Respond effectively to guest feedback and service-recovery situations.
• Create a restaurant culture built on accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement. How Success Will Be Measured The Store Manager will be evaluated primarily on measurable restaurant performance across the following areas: Financial Performance

The General Manager is expected to operate the Pittsburgh restaurant as a business and take accountability for its overall results. Compensation Nan Xiang intends to offer a competitive compensation package consisting of: Base Salary Competitive annual salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance Bonus Annual performance-based bonus tied primarily to the restaurant's financial, operational, and people-development results. Qualifications We are looking for a strong restaurant operator, not simply an experienced shift manager.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with meaningful experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior restaurant operator.
• Experience managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and operating economics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop restaurant teams.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems, develop action plans, and deliver measurable improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization where systems and processes continue to evolve.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build long-term value.
• Willingness to take ownership of and accountability for restaurant results.
• Experience in Asian restaurant operations is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
