Ice Cream Shop Manager

Ice Cream Shop Manager Sarris Candies Ice Cream is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking manager to be part of our team. If you have great customer service and people skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment, you will love working here. The Ice Cream Manager is responsible for the overall look, feel, and the quality of the customer experience in our Canonsburg location. Our managers get to make customers happy (it is ice cream after all!), work with an energetic team, and scoop delicious gobs of ice cream for kids, friends & families coming from everywhere to experience Sarris Candies and Ice Cream.

Shift:

Part time working 2-3 days per week including 1 day of the weekend. Hours are from 4:00 pm until 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm summer hours.

Manager Qualifications:

• Have great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Have retail or client/customer service management experience

Ice Cream Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall customer service and atmosphere of ice cream shop
• Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards
• Record keeping and inventory
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
• Monitor staff to ensure health and safety standards and regulations are met
• Check quality of supplies
• Oversee training for staff
• Motivate and inspire team members to meet customer satisfaction and expectations
• Communicate effectively with all employees
• Problem solve and use good judgment
• Other duties as assigned
