Reliable Communications is a growing Cricket Wireless retailer looking for a driven Store Manager to lead our Coatesville location. What You'll Do Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Hire, train, coach, and motivate your team Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations Track and analyze KPIs to improve store performance Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards Foster a positive, high-energy team environment Assist in store appearance, team meetings, and occasional local marketing events Lead local marketing initiatives, including community outreach, social media efforts, and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales What We're Looking For 4-5+ years of sales experience (wireless or retail preferred) 4-5+ years of leadership or management experience Strong communication and team development skills Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting goals Tech-savvy and comfortable with wireless products (phones, plans, accessories) Fluent in Spanish and English (recommended) What You'll Get Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Weekly Pay A percentage of your store's net profit Career growth — we promote from within Flexible scheduling options Supportive, energetic team culture

5 years (Required) Wireless sales: 5 years (Required) Team management: 3 years (Required) Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position covering 5 days per week. Store hours are Monday-Friday 9:50 AM-8:00 PM, Saturday 9:50 AM-6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:50 AM-4:00 PM. Shifts include a mix of morning (9:50 AM-3:00 PM), afternoon (2:50-8:00 PM), and full-day shifts (9:50 AM-8:00 PM) — expect at least 1 to 2 full-day shifts per week. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required every week as part of your regular schedule. Candidates must have open availability and be flexible with a rotating weekly schedule based on business needs and staffing requirements.
