Profit by making people happy Win as a team Responsibilities include but are not limited to Manage Daily Store Operations Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ice cream store. Perform designated Opening and/or closing duties at the store according to established procedures Ensure company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures are consistently followed. Team Leadership & Staff Supervision Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store employees. Create and manage employee schedules. Assign daily tasks and ensure employees remain productive and engaged. Provide ongoing training in customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, and safety. Inventory & Ordering Monitor inventory levels of ice cream, cones, toppings, baking supplies, packaging, and other products. Place and receive product and supply orders. Maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing waste and spoilage. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Monitor product expiration dates and ensure proper storage and rotation. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant management preferred. Experience with ice cream, baking, cake decorating, or dessert preparation is a plus. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Basic computer, scheduling, inventory, and administrative skills. Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Takes full ownership of day-to-day store operations and is accountable for the store's success, consistently going beyond minimum expectations, remaining hands-on, and doing whatever is necessary—including working additional hours when needed—to ensure operational excellence and team success. Food safety certification is preferred or must be obtained as required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Ability to regularly lift and carry boxes, supplies, and product weighing up to approximately 30-40 pounds. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
