Dollar General seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support retail operations in Conneaut Lake, PA. In this on-site role, you'll help lead daily store activities, including supervising associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining merchandising and inventory standards. You'll oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and store opening/closing procedures while promoting a safe, clean environment. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive sales, manage schedules, and support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
