Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff. Oversee administrative tasks, such as inventory, budgeting, and reporting. Collaborate on beverage program development and menu planning. Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health/safety standards. Foster a positive, inclusive culture that reflects our commitment to growth and excellence. Create memorable experiences for our guests.

Experience :

Previous restaurant management experience is a plus, OR experience as a server/bartender with a passion for leadership.

Availability :

Full-time, based in Conshohocken, PA. In addition the listed salary range, we offer performance bonuses annually, 3 weeks Paid Time Off, Healthcare, and a retirement plan matching program.
