Club Pilates Upper Dublin | Dresher, PA Full-Time | $55,000-$65,000/year + Performance Bonus Club Pilates Upper Dublin is looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our growing boutique fitness studio. This is not simply an administrative management role. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, drive sales, retain members, manage operations, and take ownership of results . The right person is organized, confident, proactive, comfortable with accountability, and motivated by measurable goals. What You'll Own As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the studio, including: Membership sales and studio growth Lead follow-up and Intro Class conversion Member retention and cancellation saves Monthly revenue performance Sales team coaching and accountability Staff scheduling and front-desk coverage Member concerns and customer experience Daily studio operations and cleanliness Local partnerships, events, and community outreach Execution of daily, weekly, and monthly studio priorities You will work closely with ownership and the Lead Instructor while taking primary responsibility for the business side of studio operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach the sales and front-desk team. Drive membership sales and positive net membership growth. Ensure new leads are contacted quickly and consistently. Maintain an average lead response time of approximately 30 minutes or less during business hours. Monitor lead activity, Intro Classes, conversion rates, follow-up, and sales results. Manage cancellation, freeze, downgrade, and membership-save conversations. Proactively identify disengaged or at-risk members and develop retention strategies. Monitor studio revenue and membership performance. Hold employees accountable for activity, performance, and assigned responsibilities. Ensure staffing schedules provide appropriate coverage. Oversee studio opening, closing, administrative, and operational procedures. Resolve member issues professionally and efficiently. Build relationships with local businesses and community partners. Maintain a clean, welcoming, organized, and high-performing studio environment. What Success Looks Like You should know where the studio stands every day.

Compensation Base Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience. Monthly Performance Bonus Earn up to $600 per month / $7,200 annually in additional compensation: Additional stretch incentives may be offered for exceptional membership or revenue growth. Understand that strong customer service and strong business performance go together. Are comfortable working with CRM, scheduling, and membership-management systems. Can analyze numbers and turn them into action. Want responsibility and ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks. Boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required. Strong leadership, sales ability, and operational discipline are more important. Schedule This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility based on the needs of the studio.
