Minimum 4 Years of Local Pizzeria Management Experience Job Summary Pizza Moena is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our pizzeria. The ideal candidate must have at least four (4) years of proven management experience in a local pizzeria environment and possess strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and team management skills. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer satisfaction, food quality, inventory control, scheduling, sales growth, and profitability. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily restaurant operations. Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Hire, train, coach, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff. Create and manage employee schedules. Maintain labor costs and control food costs. Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. Enforce health, sanitation, and food safety regulations. Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Coordinate with ownership regarding business goals, promotions, and operational improvements. Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of management experience in a local pizzeria or pizza restaurant. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience managing both kitchen and front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Skills Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability. Experience with delivery operations and third-party delivery platforms. Marketing and local store promotion experience. Knowledge of payroll and labor management. Strong customer relationship management skills.
