The ideal candidate for the Store Manager position will have a proven record of producing results and prior sales experience. A bonus structure may be available to a Store Manager that can show increased revenue and lower costs through proper expense control. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Manage daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation. Manage the store effectively by scheduling associates, appointments, and being involved in tracking and reaching profitability goals. Lead, coach, and direct store associates to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area. Develop, communicate and monitor effective processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Work with ownership to establish store goals and budget. Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order. Other duties as may be assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of experience in retail or automotive management (tire/auto service experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Solid understanding of automotive systems and services Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs Valid driver's license
