THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Wilmington Pike in Glen Mills. Why Join Us? DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position oversees the full operation of a retail liquor store and ensures that all activities support efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Liquor Store General Manager 3A, you will perform the following duties:
Store Operations:
Monitor overall store readiness and enforce daily standards for cleanliness, stocking, and presentation
Staff Leadership:
Guide employees through training, feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Customer Support:
Assist customers with locating products, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
Scheduling Oversight:
Plan weekly staffing needs based on events, seasons, and operational demands
Merchandise Management:
Coordinate inventory ordering, product rotation, and promotional displays to maintain appealing shelves
Compliance Checks:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B; or
Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A; or
Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B; or
Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A; or
Five years of supervisory retail sales work.
