Schedule:

6:00 PM-6:00

AM Rotation:

2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on

Hours:

84 hours per biweekly pay period

Weekend:

Rotating weekends 3. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing services and resident care. Direct and support nursing assistants and LPNs. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor and document changes in resident conditions. Update care plans and ensure proper implementation. Assist with physician rounds, assessments, and treatments. Respond appropriately to emergency situations. Adjust staffing assignments to maintain quality care. Monitor nursing documentation and compliance. Assist with orientation and training of nursing staff. Maintain accurate reports, records, and incident documentation. 4. Requirements Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit. PA license or application required at the time of interview. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to supervise nursing staff effectively. Ability to handle emergency situations and exercise independent judgment. Nursing home experience is a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply. 5. Education Nursing education required for RN licensure. 6. Certifications BLS (AHA) - Required
