Part-Time Shift Supervisor Potential Full-Time Pay rate can be negotiated based on experience and learned knowledge of the business
  • Opening Shift/Closing Required
  • Hours of Operation 5:30AM to 10:00
PM Duties:
  • Open/Close Shop
  • oversee employees and product production during the shift
  • maintain and insure all integrity of the business, including quality of custard and other products, cleanliness of the facilities and operations of work flow
  • report any and all issues to the GM or Owners
  • organize staff and maintain a good working environment
  • be sure all quality controls are followed for health safety, product quality and machinery maintenance
  • All machinery must be cleaned to company specs to ensure health safety and product quality
  • oversee and take part in all operations including opening the shop, operation and serving in the shop, closing procedures and proper stocking
  • be a part of Ordering, Hiring, Training and more
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
