THE ROLE

As a Shift Manager, you're not just overseeing operations. You're setting the tone. You walk in and the energy shifts. Your crew feels it. Your guests feel it. You lead from the front, solve problems before they become issues, and make sure every guest leaves with a story they can't wait to tell. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in running a tight, high-performing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, and energize your crew to deliver standout guest experiences on every single shift Set clear expectations, follow up on execution, and hold the team accountable to Full Throttle standards Resolve guest and crew issues quickly, professionally, and with genuine care Own shift operations, including safety, cleanliness, staffing, and service, at the highest level Train and develop team members, building their confidence, skills, and career potential Communicate clearly across your crew, leadership, and guests to keep everything running smoothly Identify gaps and opportunities to continuously improve park operations Champion our safety culture. It is always the top priority and never a compromise

WHAT YOU BRING 18

years of age or older 1+ year of supervisory or shift management experience (hospitality, entertainment, retail, food & beverage, or similar) A natural ability to lead, including coaching, motivating, and holding people accountable with professionalism Strong communicator, both on the floor and in writing Cool under pressure; you solve problems fast without losing composure or positivity Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning business software platforms Available nights, weekends, and holidays. When the fun happens, you're there Reliable transportation to commute to your assigned location Able to pass a background check
