This direct hire opportunity offers a full-time position with varied shifts, providing leadership and strategic direction to the pharmacy team.

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy strategy. Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription filling, including Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance per federal and state regulations. Manage profitable business growth by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Oversee inventory control and coordinate with district management to optimize pharmaceutical stock. Align departmental performance with key measurable metrics to enhance efficiency. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing medical inquiries and healthcare counseling. Supervise and develop pharmacy associates through training, coaching, and discipline. Maintain security and regulatory compliance of the pharmacy department. Resolve customer issues to maintain trust and loyalty. Liaise with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription-related concerns. Keep the pharmacy environment organized and oversee continuous staff development to reduce turnover. Manage prioritization of tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License This position offers a competitive salary range, commensurate with experience.
