Why This Role is Different This isn't a single-store job. As a Multi-Store Manager, you'll train and work directly under our District Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to multi-store operations most managers don't see until years into their career. You'll rotate across our Main Line and Bucks County locations, stepping in where the team needs support, which means more variety, more problem-solving, and a lot more facetime with leadership than a typical GM role. What You'll Do Support store operations across Main Line and Bucks County locations Train directly with our District Manager on multi-unit operations and leadership Support the existing GMs across our Playa Bowls system Ensure product quality, taste, and consistency meet Playa Bowls standards at every location you support Investigate and resolve guest concerns about food and service Receive deliveries and verify product quality and quantities Monitor food prep, portion control, and presentation Assist with budgets, payroll, and scheduling using the appropriate systems Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations Maintain government-required sanitation and safety records Help set and uphold performance and customer service standards Review procedures to improve service, safety, and efficiency Step in with food prep and service tasks when needed Keep food and equipment inventories and order supplies Support staff training, hiring, and performance evaluations Coordinate equipment maintenance and various service needs Use the POS system, manage cash, and prepare bank deposits Complete business and government paperwork Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain records Ability to
