As a Shift Leader, you'll work closely with management to help guide daily operations and keep the store running smoothly. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks throughout your shift, including assisting customers, preparing and packaging our fresh pretzel products, and making sure the store stays clean, organized, and ready for the next rush. Some shifts can be fast-paced when the store gets busy, while others allow more time for prep work, stocking, and maintaining the store. We're looking for someone who can stay proactive and take initiative no matter the pace of the day. One of the most important aspects of this position is the opportunity for growth. You'll be working directly with management, learning the systems and processes that keep the business running day to day. For the right person who shows reliability, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic, this role can develop into a larger leadership position and potentially a full-time role over time.
