This is a hands-on leadership position. We're looking for someone who knows beer, enjoys working with customers, can confidently lead employees, and is organized enough to keep inventory, ordering, and daily store operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

Mange daily store operations Place & manage beer, beverage, snack, and store-supply orders Meet with product representatives regularly Maintain appropriate inventory levels and help prevent overstocking and out-of-stocks Help resolve order discrepancies Maintain strong knowledge of our beer selection, including domestic, craft, seasonal, imported, and specialty products Help customers find products and make knowledgeable beer recommendations Lead, train, and support employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountability Assist with employee scheduling and shift change Delegate daily tasks and follow up to ensure work is completed Maintain an organized sales floor, coolers, back room, and inventory areas Oversee product rotation, pricing, displays, and merchandising Perform light stocking Monitor inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies & damaged products Handle customer questions, concerns and service issue respectfully and professionally Help maintain compliance with RAMP certification and PLCB laws Communicate with ownership/management regarding and concerns and store needs Help identify new products, sesonal trends, and opportunities to improve our beer selection What we're looking for: Beer knowledge is a must. The right person should be familiar with different beer styles, major brands, craft breweries and seasonal products and should be comfortable helping customers choose products Someone who is: Highly organized & detail oriented Dependable and punctual Comfortable leading and holding employees accountable throughout the day Friendly and customer-service focused Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once A strong communicator Comfortable using POS and other ordering platforms Able to perform the physical requirements of a beer distributor such as lifting/moving cases of product and standing/walking for prolonged periods Available to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Previous retail management, beer distributor, beverage, or similar experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $22-25/hour depending on experience and beer/retail knowledge. Pay rate reevaluated based on performance after probationary period.
