Automotive Body Shop Manager - Reading, PA Area Automotive Dealership Are you an experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager ? Are you struggling to find the shop that is right for you? Are you not making what you are truly worth ? If so, we have the

A Reading, Pa area automotive dealership iscurrently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to head our collision center! We are offering a competitive base salary PLUS bonuses along with a very comprehensive benefits package. Previous and/or current automotive dealership experience as a Body Shop Manager is
PREFERRED
but not required! We are looking for a proven leader to lead our body shop and staff. Duties will include estimating, sales, production management, customer service, staff management and asset management. Previous dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Body Shop personnel, and monitor their performance.
  • Create goals and objectives for the department.
  • Provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.
  • Encourage technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through technical training on new systems and components offered by manufacturers
  • Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
  • Perform vehicle write-up when needed to.
  • Examine vehicle with adjuster.
  • Order parts.
  • Oversee repairs.
  • Quality control.
  • Closing out repair orders.
  • Review completed repairs with customers.
