The Sales Leader is a key-holding associate whose primary responsibility is to support management, specifically the Store Manager, in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. This candidate must have excellent communication, verbal, and written skills. Minimum 1-3 years of retail sales experience, management experience preferred. In order to be successful in this position you will:

• Meet company sales goals and KPI's by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or help guide our guests based upon their needs/desires
• Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Build and maintain a solid customer following through building brand loyalty and clientele
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties directed by management

Requirements:

• This particular position requires daytime, weekday availability
• Preferred to be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 1-3 years' of retail experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
