We are seeking an experienced, energetic manager to who can write estimates and supervise our medium and heavy duty body shop in the Delaware County area.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain long term customer relationships Estimate/supplement writing for all necessary repair orders including labor and parts Obtaining competitive parts price quotes Repair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customers Managing body and paint production schedule and efficiency of all technicians Working with technicians to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each job Daily management of technicians and production of body shop Ensure quality control process on all completed jobs

Required Experiences:

At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator.
