You'll take to this fast, and your experience translates better than you'd think. What you'd actually do (as the manager's #2) Lead the store when the manager's out. You're the second-in-command — on your shifts, the store runs on you. This is the role that lets us grow, because right now we're capped by one leader's hours. Buy the inventory — cash on the spot. Review and buy the clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry customers bring in, based on style, condition, and resale value, and authenticate designer pieces so we know they're the real deal. Drive sales and lead the team on the floor through our busiest evening and weekend hours. Grow the crew. Help train and develop your associates, and even sit in on interviews — you're building the team, not just supervising it. Keep it humming. Merchandise the floor, open and close, keep the store's numbers on track, and keep the experience Nordstrom-level for every customer. Get trained for advancement. You'll be mentored directly by our store manager and the owner, and set up to run your own store down the road. Real talk on the schedule This role is primarily evenings and weekends. Our store's open Monday-Saturday 10-8 and Sunday 11-5, and we need our strongest leader on the floor for those busy evening and weekend hours. you're 18 or older, and this is your main gig. It's a full-time role, and we're looking for someone who can make Clothes Mentor their primary job — not a second full-time job stacked on top of another one. Pay:
