Ensure stores are staffed appropriately and leaders are actively recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing their teams. Help leaders prioritize their time and focus on the activities that have the greatest impact on sales and customer experience. Partner with GMs to create actionable plans that improve sales, conversion, productivity, staffing, and overall showroom performance. Hold leaders accountable to goals while providing the coaching and support they need to achieve them. Identify trends and opportunities across the market and share strategies that can be replicated across showrooms. Maintain oversight of operational execution, ensuring each showroom is clean, organized, customer-ready, and operating efficiently and profitably. Coach leaders on creating a welcoming, engaging experience from the moment a customer walks through the door. Help teams consistently execute our selling process and deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall showroom experience. Support, Collaborate & Influence Work closely with retail leadership and cross-functional partners to align on business priorities and share market insights. A track record of developing leaders and improving team performance. Strong business and sales acumen, with the ability to look at the numbers and understand the story behind them. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with everyone from sales consultants to senior leadership. Strong time management and organizational skills-you'll be balancing multiple stores, priorities, and leaders. A hands-on leadership style and willingness to spend significant time in the showrooms and on the sales floor. High initiative and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the larger team.
