This hybrid role supports critical loan modification and loss mitigation processes within a structured, collaborative environment.

• What You'll Do
• Review, validate, and process executed loan modification and loss mitigation documents
• Ensure all signatures, dates, and notarizations are accurate and complete
• Coordinate document tracking, uploads, and postclosing audits
• Support frontend or backend processing, including document orders, intake, and quality checks
• Communicate status updates with internal teams and external partners as needed

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
