Role Overview As an Experienced Insurance Closer, you will be instrumental in guiding pre-qualified clients through the final stages of the sales process. You'll engage with warm leads, conduct consultative selling, demonstrate product value, and expertly handle objections to secure policy sales. This role is designed for individuals who excel at building trust and rapport over phone and video, managing the end-to-end closing cycle, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in property and casualty insurance. Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone and video calls to understand client requirements. Present and demonstrate insurance products, clearly articulating benefits and coverage. Address and overcome client objections with confidence and expertise. Guide clients through the application and policy finalization process. Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and deal closure. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license. Authorization to work in the United States. A reliable vehicle. A valid driver's license.
