We are a builder contractor for luxurious in-ground fiberglass composite swimming pools, seeking a Sales Leader. We are the largest fiberglass pool dealer in the world. Responsibilities Sell fiberglass swimming pools and execute contracts to build Explain products/services to customers Ensure customer satisfaction Confirm closing dates Complete closeout process Complete business agreements with customers Answer questions and concerns Education High School Diploma (or equivalent) College Diploma, business or related field (a plus) Qualifications Previous sales experience Industry sales experience a plus Skills Works well with others Solves problems effectively Shows initiative Self-motivated Excellent communication skills Customer-oriented Basic computer skills Adapts easily to changing deadlines Compensation $100K-$400K per year
