We're looking for a Group Leader, Site Support to oversee the daily operations of our site support function. In this role, you'll lead a team of Site Support Specialists, ensuring manpower planning, logistics, and coordination run smoothly across multiple project sites — all while meeting internal policies and regulatory requirements. You'll act as the key liaison between site teams, account management, and support services, helping drive operational excellence in mobility, administration, and compliance across the region. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Operational Oversight Lead and supervise Site Support Specialists, ensuring consistent planning and coordination of manpower and logistics across all active sites Review and validate project-specific manpower forecasts alongside Project and Field Service Managers Support site supervisors in coordinating human and logistical resources Monitor workload distribution, align resources with business priorities, and escalate gaps or overcapacity Organize site logistics, including transportation, tool/equipment deliveries, and material supplies Guide workforce mobility arrangements — accommodation, transportation, PPE, and work permits Ensure certifications and competencies for all site personnel stay verified and current Lead the team in line with our company's Leadership Principles Administrative Coordination & Stakeholder Support Serve as the central coordination point for site support administration across P&C, Finance, and Project Execution Manage customer and supplier communications and maintain accurate contact data Ensure timely, accurate documentation for internal processes and project correspondence Support invoicing and billing for minor project elements and assist with cost tracking Oversee office and workshop logistics, including mail handling and visitor coordination Compliance & Collaboration Lead implementation of internal standards and ensure adherence to QHSE and mobility compliance requirements Oversee documentation and resolution of deviations and improvement actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize practices and raise service quality Represent the support team in status and planning meetings Additional Responsibilities Tooling and equipment management, including import/export logistics and inventory control Supplier price comparison and procurement benchmarking Recruiting and staffing of Site Support Specialists Oversight of local warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch) Oversight of manufacturing-related purchasing and costing activities What You'll Bring Higher education or technical diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred) 5+ years' experience in operational or administrative coordination within an industrial or service setting Experience working in a matrix organization Strong knowledge of manpower planning, logistics, and resource coordination Advanced IT skills, including familiarity with field service management tools Fluency in the local language and English; additional languages a plus You Are Strongly aware of QHSE principles and committed to safe work practices A natural leader with hands-on, service-oriented team coordination skills An excellent communicator, comfortable working across departments and levels Adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Willing to collaborate with external service providers on mobility management
Pay:
$33.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
